I provide individual therapy at my office in Westwood, KS. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboritavely determine what interventions and approaches will best fit your goals and the changes you wish to make. I offer individual therapy for life transitions, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, infertility, grief, and supporting new parents. Perinatal & Postpartum Support

Anxiety

Infertility
Pregnancy and early parenthood bring profound changes—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Whether you’re preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a new baby, or coping with postpartum anxiety or depression, our therapy sessions offer a nurturing, nonjudgmental space to help you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll focus on your emotional well-being, build healthy coping strategies, and help you feel more grounded and connected as you navigate this transformative stage of life.

Maternal Mental Health
Motherhood is a journey that can be incredibly rewarding - but does not come without it's own set of challenges. Our sessions will provide you with a supportive space to process the stressors associated with motherhood. We'll explore ways to meet the challenges of motherhood with self-compassion and curiosity, arming you with the coping skills you need to navigate your role as a mother and nurturer.

New Dads
Women aren't the only ones who face challenges in the postpartum period. Although fathers don't experience birth, they can still experience paternal postpartum depression, among other challenges. Together, we will process these new emotions and provide a space where you feel seen and heard.
Dealing with infertility can bring a deep mix of emotions—grief, frustration, hope, and uncertainty. Our sessions provide a compassionate space to share your story, process the emotional ups and downs, and find strength through this challenging journey. Together, we’ll explore ways to navigate the ups and downs, nurture self-compassion, and support your emotional well-being as you navigate fertility treatments, loss, or decisions about next steps.

Grief
Navigating grief can be lonely, isolating, and intense. I provide compassionate space for individuals to navigate the complex emotions associated with loss. Together, we will process your feelings and find healing at your own pace. Through a combination of talk therapy and coping strategies, I aim to empower you to embrace your grief while discovering hope for the future.

Adolescents
Adolescence is a transitional period marked by physical, emotional, and cognitive changes. During this time, teens are developing their own unique identity, gaining independence, navigating heightened emotions, and dealing with social pressures. I work with adolescents address issues like anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, low-self esteem, grief, and more.
